101 Ways to Deny Self
Biblical Ways to Deny Self
book written by Timothy Williams
Everyone wants to clean up their lives, but very few want to give up their lives for Jesus. Many come to Jesus to be blessed, but few fall at His feet to deny all of self.
1 Peter 1:13 tells us to prepare for “action.” This book discusses the issues of legalism, denying self, how to walk by the Spirit, and much more.
It contains over 101 ways to deny self, with full Scripture references, so you will be ready for the Spirit to move the cross in your life.
And he called to him the crowd with his disciples and said to them, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me. (Mark 8:34)
The book helps to prepare those who are joyfully willing to actively hate their lives for Jesus.
The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. (John 12:25)
Please Note This Warning:
101 Ways to Deny Self will cause serious opposition to occur in your life.
Just the mere thought of a self-disciplined denying self discipleship in Jesus has wound up in the United States Legal Grinding Systems. 101 Ways To Deny Self as part of the full message gospel call stirred up imposter Christians to seriously oppose the holiness of Jesus.
“Go, stand in the temple courts,” he said, “and tell the people the full message of this new life.” (Acts 5:20)
Nothing makes faster friends than imposter Christians and godless government officials.
Not to mention the many who stop following Jesus then nurse a grudge against God for all the self-denial they attempted. Such rage against the faithful disciples of Jesus because God is a little hard to slap in the face. A man’s own folly ruins his life, yet his heart rages against the Lord. (Proverbs 19:3)
When a man’s folly brings his way to ruin, his heart rages against the Lord. (Proverbs 19:3)
Slave-Christians who have no honest idea or desire to follow Jesus by giving up all will come out of the woodwork to oppose your very thought of denying self out of love for God.
From governmental crowns to unrepentant Christians their brutish hairy heads will pop up when they notice you are just thinking about denying self by following the Living God.
Surely God will crush the heads of his enemies, the hairy crowns of those who go on in their sins. (Psalm 68:21)
Let not these imposter Christians rob your freedom and joy from the Holy Spirit, as being persecuted is just a “fact” in Jesus.
A simple test to see who is an imposter Christian is to pass around just the title of this book while informing them you are thinking of reading the book.
Then observe the reactions.
If you really desire a surefire, lazy, quick way; just send this link to the gossip-lady or gossip-man in your church and let them spread the link around. Not only will this expose some slave-Christians quickly in your church but the ones which should have been called to repentance years ago and kicked out of the church when they failed to repent. After all, they are the gossip-lady or gossip-man that the church has known about for years but failed to even bring such simple sins into the Light! For I fear that perhaps when I come I may find you not as I wish, and that you may find me not as you wish–that perhaps there may be quarreling, jealousy, anger, hostility, slander, gossip, conceit, and disorder. (2 Corinthians 12:20)
But now I am writing to you not to associate with anyone who bears the name of brother if he is guilty of sexual immorality or greed, or is an idolater, reviler, drunkard, or swindler–not even to eat with such a one. (1 Corinthians 5:11)
As a double threat of persecution when the individual or individuals refuse to repent of gossip and are removed from the fellowship of the obedient, they will doubly take their sins with them. The gossip will double. The slander will triple and the flat-out lies may become overwhelming. Gird yourself in the Holy Spirit because both the slave-Christian and worldly governments may conspire against you or your church.
